In 1998 Iain took his redundancy money from the shipyard and opened a bike shop in Clydebank. Not a grand plan. A trade, a town, and the idea that if you're going to fix something you fix it right.
This town built ships by hand. We build bikes the same way.
More than 25 years on, it's still a working shop. Commuters come in with a buckled wheel before their shift. Gravel riders come in to argue about gear ratios. Families come in to find out whether a bike can work for their child. They all get the same thing: people who know what they're doing, and who do it properly.

Who's working on your bike
Cytech is the recognised training for bike mechanics. Every mechanic on our floor has it, whether they're truing a commuter wheel, building a gravel bike from the frame up, or setting up an adaptive trike for a rider's exact needs.
